Welcome to our community! Here's some useful info of what to do before you start your classes with us:
You'll receive a welcome email outlining useful getting started information such as your tutor's profile, timetable, login details for our Learning Dashboard, payments and asking questions.
You'll have received a link to your tutor’s profile which includes their photo, qualifications and teaching experience bio. Your tutor will also have your assessment profile so that they can start planning your classes and tailor them to your learning objectives.
Feel free to liaise directly with them to schedule your first class and timetable.
You'll have received your account access details (username and password). Don't forget to change your password in the settings, fill out your name and confirm your location and timezone. Our section here tells you how to use the platform.
We use Zoom as that's integrated into our Learning Dashboard but we can accommodate Skype and Google Meet if you have a preference. Click this link for FAQs and best practices on set-up, interactive features used during lessons and troubleshooting.
We offer sessions in 1, 4, 8, 12 and 24 hour packages, you can book here. As soon as you book, your tutor will be notified and classes can then be scheduled. We suggest booking at least 24 hours in advance to guarantee your slot. Remember, there are no monthly contracts, sign up fees or class expiry date and you can pause or cancel anytime.
Please contact your tutor in the first instance if you need to rearrange/cancel a class. We have a 24-hour cancellation policy but if you give your tutor more than 24-hours' notice there is no charge.
